Home Renovation

Home renovations are messy: prices are unpredictable, you have to source your own materials and spend a lot of time figuring out what to do each step of the way. The goal was to have vetted professionals working based on completed milestones.

This project got a few people interested in it but I was much more interested in building the platform, automating processes, and doing marketing than spending the entire day on the phone. It was a poor product-founder fit. I quickly realized I didn't want to spend my days on the phone, I wanted to build software. So I started a SaaS instead.
